His experience in addition to his significant commercial experience of P&L and Sales management includes: Operational leadership, Budgeting/Planning/Forecasting & Reporting, CRM, Effective Performance Controls, Project Management, Client Engagement and Development, Presentations, Negotiations, Collaborative Working, Staff & Management Development, Marketing, Change Management, Strategic Planning, M&A Work, Union Negotiations, ISO Quality Accreditation, Business Transformation.
His leadership and collaborative skills have been further developed and enhanced by pro bono work within the not for profit sector. He is a common purpose graduate, a registered volunteer with the Cranfield Trust, former board member of the local Chamber of Commerce and former trustee and vice chair of a local homeless charity. He currently sits as a board member of Activate a new trading arm of Action Hampshire.
